The bottom line: It’s all about you.Let’s face it we now live in the “what do I do with all this information” age. Despite a plethora of information available many people still don’t have a clue where to start when it comes to weight loss, nutrition and exercise.
What to expect
At your first consultation you will spend one hour with a nutritionist, planning and goal setting so that you can easily achieve your goal. You'll be educated along the way and we offer expert advice. You'll learn how your body functions, how to improve your metabolism, and how to start getting results.
You'll find out what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. You'll be suprised just how easy it is once you get started. We'll help structure your plan to include your food preferences and we'll take into account your lifestyle and your budget. No contracts
There are no contracts! we don't lock you in or demand you pre-pay your appointments. We do recommend that you follow-up with your nutrition coach every two weeks for half an hour. For best results we recommend fortnightly appointments over 12 weeks. By then you will have all the tools necessary to self-manage your nutrition. Every one has different unique goals. You may be an elite athlete needing nutritional help, or you may be over 60 needing more energy. Some of you may need to lose a large amount of weight, while some of you may only need to find out if you are eating enough. What ever your goal, we are experts in results oriented nutrition coaching, your nutritionist will advise a realistic time frame to achieve your goals.
