Terrific Tofu Stir-fry
Try Tofu TodayDon't be put off by the name.Tofu is one of the quickest main courses you could decide to cook. This is a quick easy meal. Serves 4
Spray a large non stick pan over medium heat and add onion, garlic and ginger, cook about 3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add sliced carrots and cook another two minutes then add the rest of the veggies. Cook another 2 minutes then add tofu and stir well. Add sauce, stir and cook over gentle heat about 5 minutes and then serve with rice and/or extra vegetables.
