Thai Fish Cakes![]() 3 tsp Green Curry Paste 1 tbsp Flour 1 Egg and 2 egg whites 500 grams White Fish 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp Coriander, chopped 1 Spring Onion, chopped Directions: In the food processor whiz the white fish until well minced,transfer to a bowl and add eggs, green curry paste,flour, sweet chilli sauce,chopped spring onion and chopped coriander. Shape into cakes with a little breadcrumbs. Pan fry in a non stick pan until golden and cooked through. Serve with sweet chilli dip. Garnish with lemons or limes for squeezing. Serves 4 |
