Salmon and Corn Patties

Serves 6

130 calories each and 12 grams of protein per pattie.




  • 2 x 210g tins John West salmon, drained
  • ¾ cup drained corn kernels
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp (or more to taste) sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Chopped parsley
  • Ground black pepper

Mix all together well and then shape into six patties. Cook on lightly oiled bbq plate or use non stick pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray oil.

Cook until browned each side.
