Quick MealsQuick Tandoori Chicken![]() Prepare ingredients the night before and keep in fridge.This is quick and easy to prepare.150g pot natural yoghurt (Slimmer’s Choice/Weight Watchers) 1 1/2 - 2 tbs tandoori paste Combine all in a bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavour to develop. Cook chicken over moderate heat in a non stick pan until cooked. Nice tossed through a big salad while the chicken is still hot. |
