Spicy Shepherds Pie![]() Serves 6, Less than 350 calories per serve. Ingredients
Step 1Brown chopped onion and garlic in non-stick pan using a small amount of olive oil. Add mince and cook until brown. Add chilli beans, tomato paste, Tamari or soy sauce and seasonings.
Step 2Mash pumpkin and put aside. Add cooked mince mixture into a casserole dish or 6 individual ramekins.Cover with mashed pumpkin. Slice the potatoes and arrange on the top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and paprika and place in a hot oven until the topping is crisp and golden. Serve with green vegetables. |
