Satay Pork Balls

Serves 4. Serve with Soup, Salad or Steamed Vegetables.






  • 500g lean pork mince
  • 2 thin slices bread made into crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 sliced spring onions
  • 1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 level tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

Mix all together. Using wet hands form mixture into small balls and bake at 200 deg C in sprayed roasting pan for about 20 minutes. Shake the pan a few times during cooking.
