Pork Fillet with Feta Basil and Olives![]() Ingredients
Slice the pork fillet and lay open, stuff with feta, basil and chopped olives. Wrap bacon around the fillet and secure with toothpicks. Bake on a tinfoil tray at 160 degrees C, for 30- 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with greens and a dark gravy. Guys, if you need to add more carbohydrate, mash potatoes with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. |
