Quick Lunchtime Satay Chicken Wrap With Salsa

Serves 4

Prepare the ingredients the night before, and this makes a yummy lunch for the whole family.






  • 500g chicken breast
  • 4 tbs "Watties Bit on the Side' Satay Marinade
  • 4 "Mountain Bread" Roll Ups
  • 4 tsp mango (or other) chutney
  • Salad greens or coleslaw
  • Tomato, cucumber, capsicum (or other vegetables to taste)
  • 2 tsp sweet chilli sauce (or to taste)
  • Fresh coriander (optional)


Cut chicken breast into thin slices and coat in satay marinade. Leave for at least 30 minutes.

Cook chicken until just done and set aside.

Spread 1 tsp chutney on each of the mountain bread roll ups, then the cooked chicken, and top with salad greens or coleslaw and any salad vegetables of your choice.

In a separate bowl (or four small separate bowls if serving separately) mix together chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and chopped capsicum. Stir in sweet chilli sauce to taste and scatter with coriander if desired.
