Cottage Cheese



Cottage Cheese is very low in fat, high in protein and supplies us with calcium. Serve the following recipes on whole grain or wheat free crackers, or toast.

Make a large serving and keep refridgerated.










Cottage Cheese with Frozen Fruit.


  1. 250g Lite Cottage Cheese
  2. ½ cup thawed frozen Blackberries
  3. ½ cup thawed frozen Blueberries
Blend cottage cheese with fruit till smooth. Serve on crackers or fruit toast.
Makes 2-3 serves depending on appetite
Calories per serve 80 - 120.

Cottage Cheese with Capers


  1. 250g lite cottage cheese
  2. 1 gherkin
  3. 1 TB Capers
  4. 2 TB Tomatoes
Blend all ingredients with whisk, fork or processor depending on consistency preferred.

Makes 2-3 serve. 70 - 100 calories per serve.
