Light and Fruity MousseDelicious Desserts![]()
*** Note: If using sweetened passion fruit pulp from a jar, reduce the amount of sugar to ¼ cup and check for taste. Using an electric beater, beat chilled evaporated milk, sugar and lemon juice until the mixture is light and fluffy, then add the dissolved gelatin mixture, yoghurt and passion fruit. Beat again to mix well. Spoon into 6 medium sized dessert dishes or cocktail glasses and refrigerate to set – allow 4 hours. Sprinkle a mixture of berries on the top before serving. (the longer you beat the evaporated milk, the more aerated it becomes and the larger the serving of mousse it makes) |
