Anna's Famous Baked Ricotta Cheesecake![]() High Protein -Low Carb Ingredients - Base 100gm butter or coconut oil 200gm weight watcher ginger crunch cookies Melt butter and crush biscuits, mix together and refrigerate in single muffin tins or a round cake tin. Ingredients - Recipe 1 kg Reduced fat ricotta 3/4 cup splenda or xylitol 2 teaspoon lemon rind 1/4 cup lemon juice 5 eggs 1 cup frozen raspberries (keep frozen) Makes 12 serves Put all ingredients together in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Cook on 160 degrees for 1 1/4 hours, or until there is only a slight wobble, and cool in oven. Calories per serve is less than 240. |
