Super Easy Basil Chicken BreastsEasy Basil and Parmesan Chicken Breasts![]() Ingredients4 boneless, skinless breasts, about 150g each 1 ½ tablespoons basil pesto 2 tablespoons grated parmesan or mozzarella cheese Place chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish and spread the tops with pesto. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with a jacket potato and a large salad. You'll be educated along the way and we offer expert advice. You'll learn how your body functions, how to improve your metabolism, and how to start getting results. You'll find out what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat. You'll be surprised just how easy it is once you get started. We'll help structure your plan to include your food preferences and we'll take into account your lifestyle and your budget. No Contracts There are no contracts! we don't lock you in or demand you pre-pay your appointments. We do recommend that you follow-up with your nutrition coach every two weeks for half an hour. For best results we recommend fortnightly appointments over 12 weeks. By then you will have all the tools necessary to self-manage your nutrition. Every one has different unique goals. You may be an elite athlete needing nutritional help, or you may be over 60 needing more energy. Some of you may need to lose a large amount of weight, while some of you may only need to find out if you are eating enough.
