Kumara and Chicken Curry![]() This is deliciousServes 4 Protein 33g per serve Calories 360 per serve.
In a non-stick pan stir fry chicken on high till brown. Drain then add garlic and spices to chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add 11/2 cups boiling water and vegetables, cook till vegetables are tender. Add corn flour to yogurt and add to pan, turn heat down and stir till sauce thickens.
Add sliced cooked kumara and serve. A great winter dish. |
