Returns and Exchanges

Real Nutrition has a '30-day no questions asked' returns policy on all non-sale items sold via this website. The 30-day period begins from the date of purchase. Items returned within this period can either be exchanged or credited. An item can be exchanged for any product of the same value or used as a credit towards an item of higher value. If an item is exchanged for an item of a lesser value a credit will be given. Credits will only be given to the same credit card or account as the items were originally charged. Freight charges are not creditable. It is the customer’s responsibility to freight the item(s) back to Real Nutrition. A credit will only be given, or replacement items sent on the safe arrival of the items to Real Nutrition. The item(s) must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and labeling. The item(s) remain the property of the purchaser until returned to Real Nutrition. A freight charge will apply for the shipment of any new item(s) to the customer.

Returns Process

All returned items should be returned using appropriate packaging to ensure safe transit of the product(s).

Please Include a copy of your order confirmation, highlighting which product(s) are being returned and the reason for return.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund. The Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provides the basis for our returns policy, For a product to be returned under this policy, that product must be in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective.
