Security

All online purchases with Real Nutrition take place in a secure environment utilising the latest security technology.

Online orders are processed using the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS. Your card is authorized and debited in real time, in an SSL secure environment.

DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data and uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal information you provide is stored in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant. View the DPS privacy policy here.

Making your selection

Once you’ve made your selection and wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your shopping cart. You can adjust the quantity by altering the quantity on the Shopping Cart page and pressing the "Update" button.

Carry on making your selections till you have everything you need, or as we like to do, fill up the shopping cart and at the end, select your items you would like, and then delete the others from your shopping cart by clicking on the "Trash Can" - it will then be removed from your shopping cart.

Then click check out. This will move you to the completely secure checkout page.
Complete all the appropriate details, and select “Place order”

Once complete, you'll be able to view your receipt of your purchases (which you can print if you wish). We will also notify you when your order has been shipped.

Following receipt of your payment your order will be dispatched within two working days (unless otherwise notified). Please allow approximately 1 – 3 working days thereafter for delivery in New Zealand.

All orders are typically delivered via Fastway Couriers (or an equivalent quality logistics organisation).

International

Currently we deliver (and accept payment from) Australia, USA, Canada, and the UK. If you reside in another country and wish to have an item shipped, please contact us and we can advise of the delivery and payment options.

Your order will be charged in NZ$ at the delivery prices listed on this website. We can not advise of the exact timing of the delivery due to the number of variables, but typically internationally they are delivered within 2 weeks.

International deliveries are sent by ‘international air’ service - if they are under 2kg they do not include a track and trace option. If the parcel is over 2kg they do include a $10.00 track and trace fee. This allows you to track the progress of your parcel via the NZ post website www.nzpost.co.nz with your reference number.

Generally Air International is delivered anywhere in the world within 10 working days. Approximate delivery times for ‘international air’ service are:

Australia 2-6 days
UK & Europe 6-10 days
USA 6-10 days
Canada 6-10 days

If your parcel is worth over $250, there is a mandatory ‘additional cover’ charge of $10.00. This insures your parcel for its retail value (for items worth between $250 and $1500).

When your order goes to a country other than New Zealand you may be liable for duties and taxes specific to that destination country that are beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any of these charges should they arise. We recommend that you check on any possible taxes or duties that the destination country government has in place before you order.

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You will see the full charge (including any mandatory insurance charges) before completing your purchase. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

The majority of Real Nutrition's orders are dispatched using very reliable and professional courier companies.

Unfortunately things do go missing (even with couriers!) Should you find that this has happened, or you believe it's happening, rest assured, we have a solution to your problem.

Simply log on to Real Nutrition and send us an email with your order number and we will immediately follow this up for you.

Your personal and order information that is retained by us is held on a secure password protected database, with access only available to selected Real Nutrition authorised personnel.

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. The only time we may need to pass on your contact details is only with courier companies for the purposes of delivery.
