I originally contacted Real Nutrition through the advice of my personal trainer because I needed help with nutrition for a body building show.
I went on to win two competitions, the first one I won and became NZFBB North Island Champion, (2005, under 52kg physique category) I then placed third in my class at national level.
Doing these competitions has boosted my self esteem, and completing them was one of the biggest achievements of my life.
The nutritional advice has given me other benefits as well, which are no less impressive-an amazing sense of physical well being and health. I haven’t been significantly ill since 2001, and that includes colds!
My optometrist recently stated that my eyesight has improved, and to the best of his knowledge it can only be due to the reduction of sugar in my diet.
Instead of having custom made lenses in the past, because they were outside the range of lenses that optometrists usually carry, I now use stock lenses.
I’m looking forward to seeing if my vision will continue to improve.
