Bianca lost over 26 kilo's of fat, with out a deprivation diet or going hungry.  I started seeing Jacquie at Real Nutrition after I had my first baby. I had spent my pregnancy taking "eating for two" to heart, the problem was that after he was born I was left looking like a front row forward. Living directly across from a supermarket and having no will power didn't help. I felt like I was lost in a battle that I couldn't win. The first time I saw Jacquie I turned the corner - she taught me all about food and how it works for my body and how to work in those things I love so that I didn't feel deprived.  The way I eat now is so radically different from how I started that I look back and can't believe I ever ate all that rubbish! I saw Jacquie through my second pregnancy and luckily didn't gain anywhere near as much weight - the weight I did gain fell off quickly, which was great. To date I have lost over 26 kilo's and feel great. I love getting comments from people about how I look and clothes shopping has become something I enjoy again.  Life Changing I now see my nutritionist every Wednesday and she is one of the most important people in my life. She teaches me and mentors me on my long journey to losing 40 kilos of fat. She makes me feel very comfortable, like I am part of the Real Nutrition family. She fine tunes my healthy eating plan every week and tops up my nutritional supplements. She supported me to move to another gym and get a personal trainer to undergo regular resistance training and cardio sessions.To date I have lost 14 kilos of fat.
