Hi Lynda

Just thought I'd update you on Saturday!

My race went really well I felt good and strong, was fairly nervous on the run-up to it but once I got settled into it I came right.

I did better than I thought time was, I was expecting to do it under 4hrs or there about, my time was 3hrs 27min and that was with a stop to go to the loo and swap my drinks bottles over! It felt awesome crossing that finish line I can tell you I felt even better when Colin told me my time!
I averaged a speed of 28.2 which is a personal best in an event. So thank you so much for all your inspiration and help, i feel now that I can only get better, fitter, leaner and stronger from here in...

Life Changing
