Mens Champion
I teamed up with Jacquie and Tim Dale of Real Nutrition near the start of 2006, after being inspired the previous year watching a Bodybuilding show. From that show I decided I was going to trade in my 12 pack of Bourbons for a 6 Pack. Because - I had always attempted to keep in shape and always fell well below the mark. I knew I needed a change I needed Expert help.
In Real Nutrition I found this need fulfilled and was quite surprised at how down to earth but yet very professional Jacquie and Tim were. We’ve had a few laughs during the transitional stages, where I was encouraged to substitute old habits for new, even if the encouragement came in the form of a stern ‘NO you cant have that” or Jacquie and Tim both having a laugh at my expense ( both forms helped me change).
Going to get my flab pinched regularly at Real Nutrition has become a highlight, its encouraging seeing the changes you can make not only on the outside but also the inside. If your reading this; deep down you believe you can change, at the moment you have hope and desire, that’s what I had for many, many years what I didn’t have was Real Nutrition.
After half a year with Real Nutrition, I showed everyone my 6 pack at the Auckland Body building Champs and was humbled to take the Overall title, but honoured that Jacquie and Tim were there, as they usually stubbornly are, going above and beyond to support my goals’. I’m very fortunate at my chance encounters which led me to Real Nutrition and am much better for it.
In the Clinic there’s a Quotation book which I read at my First appointment, The first quote I read said something like "every new friend you meet may open up doors to a new horizon” I found this to be true with my experiences with Real Nutrition, And I must say “Yes the Horizons look much better when your Healthy holding a 6 pack rather then a 12-pack”. If you think change is too hard, you’re right it is hard, but with a dedicated team and applying what you’re taught any one can change. I’m glad I teamed up with Real Nutrition even though I had to give up a few luxuries at least we had a few laughs along the way.
Thank you Jacquie and Tim for all your help and encouragement,
