I started my training (with another trainer) on July 9th. After 11 weeks of hard work and diet, I really didn’t see any changes that I thought I would see. There was really no shift in my weight, and I was feeling disappointed in myself. I was aiming for the NABBA North Harbour on the 3rd of November, but after 11 weeks I only had 6 weeks left.

Luckily I was talking to another crazy lady that also went to the gym at 4:30am and she told me about Jacquie. I knew I had to change otherwise I’m heading to burnt out completely or even worse, just throw the towel in and stop all together.


When I met Jacquie at Real Nutrition the first time I just felt this is right. She is so down to earth and has such a great personality, and she knows her stuff. Plus the diet she worked out for me was heaven compared to what I was having. And I felt good about it, which makes a world of difference. I continued to lose bodyfat every week. The scale weight also dropped and I didn’t lose any muscle. We didn’t have enough time to add a lot more muscle, but Jacquie certainly got me looking really good. Good enough to win my novice figure short class at the North Harbour competition 3rd November.

My confidence shot through the roof, and now I know I can only go upwards from here.

Jacquie and Tim are a great team at Real Nutrition. I really can’t stop raving about them. I will never go to anyone else. The only advice I can give is that if your diet is sorted, 80% of the battle is won. Everyone deserves to look and feel great. And if you take the time to see the Real Nutrition team and actually do exactly what they suggest, you will. Thanks Jacquie & Tim, you are two real life savers.
